Support for International Students

MSCT welcomes students from around the world who are interested in building new skills and preparing for a career in the United States. Our team can help guide international students through the admissions process, explain what documents are needed, and answer questions about applying for an F-1 student visa.

F-1 Student Visa Requirements

F-1 visas are for full-time students who want to study in the United States.

International students applying for an F-1 visa may need to provide:

  • A copy of their passport

  • A high school diploma and English translation

  • An address in their home country and in the United States

  • An I-20 issued by Manhattan School of Computer Technology

  • An MSCT admission letter

  • A bank statement showing available funds or a sponsor affidavit of support

  • Proof of ties to their home country

Our admissions team can help explain each requirement and what may be needed before enrollment.

Health Insurance

International students at MSCT may join accident and sickness insurance plans offered through the International Student Organization (ISO).
